Grounds for Divorce in Missouri.
The court shall enter a judgment of dissolution of marriage if it finds that there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved and that therefore the marriage is irretrievably broken.-From 452.305 of the Missouri Revised Statutes
Missouri Residency Laws.
The court shall enter a judgment of dissolution of marriage if the court finds that one of the parties has been a resident of the state of Missouri, or is a member of the armed services who has been stationed in the state of Missouri, for 90 days immediately preceding the commencement of the proceeding. The divorce papers can be filed in the county where either spouse resides.-From 452.300 and 452.305 of the Missouri Revised Statutes
