Help Yourself Divorce Legal DisclaimerStart Your Uncontested Divorce Online

When you agree to use the services provided by this web site, you understand that Help Yourself Divorce is not a law firm, nor do we employ any attorneys. By using our services, you agree that you are not receiving legal advice of any sort. There is no attorney-client relationship being established when you use our services.

Help Yourself Divorce is a divorce document preparation service. We will prepare the documents as instructed by you, the customer. All information contained in your documents will come from the answers you, the customer, provide on our questionnaire. Any changes that need to be made should be made before filing with the courts. If for any reason the court doesn't accept your documents, we will redo them at no charge or refund your money, whichever you choose.

We do not accept responsibility for the decisions made by the court regarding your divorce terms; i.e. if you ask for something in your divorce papers and the judge does not grant your request, we won't be held responsible when the papers were prepared correctly by us, per your instructions. By accepting the papers we send you and filing them with the court, you acknowledge that the documents are prepared correctly and properly by Help Yourself Divorce, as instructed by you, the customer. It is your responsibility to proofread the documents before filing them.

You are paying $149 for a standard divorce or $70 for a simplified divorce, for the preparation of divorce documents. This fee does not include any filing fees or additional fees that might be charged by the courts in your county/state.
